Our Commitment We want you and your cat to love every PurrFlow product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligible Returns We accept returns for items that are:
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Significantly not as described
We do not accept returns for change of mind once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
How to Request a Return Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you'd like a replacement, let us know when submitting your return request.
International Orders For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
